Of all the sex, anal sex is the highest rate of HIV transmission through increased risk of bleeding. Who provides gay men with high risk.
ReplyDeleteGood question.
Another reason, besides the fact that anal sex has a higher risk that the recipient) (eg, receiving anal / vaginal sex, is a higher risk than the penetrating partner. Homosexual relationships, of course, often two of the persons involved are to be open, so that if an HIV-positive, and not on antiviral drugs, the risk is high that the contracts of other infections. On the other hand, for example, if a heterosexual couple where the woman is HIV-and HIV-neg men who have sex, the chance of success than the man against the woman less, than when the situation reversed in front of especially if the man did not suffer from an open wound (such as herpes), while having sex.
ReplyDeleteThink of it this way: HIV-positive sperm + open wound in the male-female sexual partners = higher risk. This is certainly not the only way, but it is the highest form of risk through sex.
Recommended for the future, I will, the word "gay" or "homosexual".
ReplyDeleteAnd what their increased vulnerability, which, as we shall refer the action. Part of a woman to stretch, are part of those who were not.
HIV is a blood disease, and can be transmitted through blood to blood contact. In general, during sex, there is a passage of blood anyway, even between a man and a woman. But the passage of blood is not so small that the immune system can be infected with HIV are more likely, before it is too high and beyond the immune system. Of course, not always, but has a much better opportunity between men and women.
In two of these men, there is little stretch in the hole because it is not designed to stretch. So there is much more involved in the blood, especially newcomers to the game. So there is much more possible, sufficient to overwhelm the immune system by virus obtained.
Add-on:
I sounded like HIV can live only in the blood. That is not true. Someone who has HIV from the body, all fluids, including saliva, semen, breast milk, blood and urine.
However, usually only survive in sufficient quantities in the blood, the infection is indeed possible that blood contact with blood.
It is what homosexuality and promiscuity connections.
ReplyDeleteIf there was a woman about to have anal intercourse with multiple male partners are more likely to be infected with HIV as a gay man.
Homosexuals, not by individual, but for more than 100,000 people are HIV-positive homosexual and heterosexual. There is also a higher transmission of HIV through anal intercourse than vaginal / oral sex.
ReplyDeleteIf you do not intend to disrespect, not call them "gay"
