I reached the "Blue Screen of Death" on my computer. The screen flashes so quickly that you have not read an opportunity to the error code, so I guess its serious. I have tried by pressing F8 and tried to re-download Windows. Maybe I'm not very good. I really want to restore all the material he had on the hard drive before you invest in another computer. It is a Dell Inspiron, if that matters. Please help.
